This is a tool designed to ease the process of assigning many groups to coaches for excursions.

Step 1: Creating Groups

1. Add Groups using the left side of the page. Enter the name and the total number of people.
2. Repeat for all the groups that will be travelling on the excursion.
3. Clicking "Add Staff" will add a group of 1 staff. Repeat for all travelling staff members.

Step 2: Creating Coaches

1. Now create your coaches using the right side of the page. You will need to enter the capacity of each one.
2. Repeat as necessary for all the coaches you have available.

Step 3: Filling Coaches

1. Now you can use your mouse to grab groups from the left hand side and drop them on to the coach you wish to assign them to.
2. The numbers will move up and down as you move the groups from left to right. If a group doesn't fit on a particular coach, you won't be able to drop them there!
3. You can also move groups from one coach to another.

Step 4: Saving Coaches

1. Once all your groups/staff are assigned to coaches, you will want to keep a record of the assignments. Click "Export Coaches" at the bottom.
2. In the popup window, click "Generate Image of Coaches". An image will be generated in a new tab of your browser (Note: in some browsers you may need to allow the new tab if prompted).
3. You can right click > Save as..., or print the image directly if you desire.
